Hi, My name is Margaret Berry. I am a textile artist. Patchwork, free-motion and hand embroidery, felting, eco-dyeing, reusing, recycling, mixed media artworks, knitting, crochet, and whatever takes my fancy as I go along. I have made for sale bags, jackets/vests, wall hangings, quilts, fabric brooches and pendants, fridge magnets, cards, paintings. For my own use I make wool socks, jumpers, shawls, fingerless gloves, re-vamped clothes, bags, slippers, patchwork curtains and other sundry stuff, I am retired now, 75 years old, with arthritis, so I don’t do so much any more for sale. I will always be making things so long as my hands are able. My sewing machine is such a valuable tool as it means I have less to do by hand.
